Ashton is a senior at Lafayette High School in Williamsburg, VA with a strong passion for lighting design and technical direction. Notable Lafayette theatre credits include Crazy for You, Jersey Boys, three-time state winning one-act Unexpected Tenderness, and Newsies.

Ashton's work earned consecutive Best Technical Execution and Best Tech Element awards at the Virginia Thespian Festival. Beyond Lafayette, Ashton has worked on off-Broadway stages as lead programmer and assistant lighting designer for Mama, I want to sing! in Harlem, New York. He also illuminated the iconic Sony Hall in Times Square for a KRS-One concert.
